International HouseASU’s dormitory, called International House (nicknamed “I-House”) was built in March, 1994, and is located at 2.3 kilometers southwest of the Nagakute Campus. This is a residence for international students. Dormitory RoomsThere are 5 different types of room (type A through type E) at I-House. Each room is equipped with a bed, a desk, a desk lamp, a refrigerator, an air-conditioner and an in-coming-calls-only telephone. A-type rooms are individual accommodations with a shared toilet and bathroom. B-type rooms have a private toilet and bathroom. The other types of rooms share a toilet and bathroom among the roommates.
* Utility fees for electricity, water, and hot water use are not included in the above fees and must be paid separately. Utility fees will vary depending upon usage. Shared FacilitiesLibrary
Events at I-HouseI-House is used not only as a residence for international students, but is also used for a variety of events such as university classes, residential training for club activities and seminars, open classes, and cultual exchange gatherings with local residents.
