Thankfulness is important

When you enter a shop,the shop assistants will aim to convey respect .so as best as you canyou should show respect too.

Not causing other trouble

When you chose a product,you must take care in not to interupt passersby and others. Moreover, you should not leave your cart or basket far from you in order to retrieve an item. Also,if you run into a friend,it is bad manners to just stand and chat. So if you wish to try to chat, you should go somewhere else.

Depending on the shop, lets keep our manners

Avoid contact with your basket and the shelves when in the shopping center. Call a shop assistant if you wish to try something on at the clothes or shoe shop. It looks bad to try an item without asking first. Also, when it’s raining, so that you don’t wet the merchandise with your wet umbrella, you should put it in a bag.

Answer questions depending on the situation

For example, when you enter a shop and try something on but decide not to purchase it, explain the reason by saying 「this size does not fit」 or 「 it does not suit me as well as I thought」.
