Yabusame Festival at Tado Shrine

Every year, a Yabusame Festival is held at the Tado shrine in the nearby Mie prefecture. Yabusame is traditional Japanese archery on horseback.

How to get there: Take the bus to Hongo and from there take the subway to Nagoya Station. From Nagoya Station you take the JR train to Kuwana, and from there you take the train to Tado. From Tado station it is about a 20 minute walk to the Tado Shrine.
