Application Requirements

Regarding Pre-Application Verification of Application Requirements

Those who wish to apply must submit all required documents within the application requirements verification period (deadline: Monday, August 3) for verification of application requirements. Those who have not completed this verification will not be able to apply. For details, refer to the entrance examination guidelines for the 2027 academic year (scheduled to be posted on the university website in early July).

Applicants must fully understand the university's admissions policy, fall under either category (I) or (II) below, and meet all of the requirements listed in (a) through (c).

  1. Those who have graduated from a 12-year school education program in a foreign country, or who are expected to complete such a program by March 31, 2027.
  2. Those who have undergone our individual admission qualifications screening and have been recognized as having academic competence equivalent to a high school graduate or better, and are expected to reach an equivalent level by March 31, 2027. (Those who will have reached the age of 18 by March 31, 2027.)
  1. Those who have foreign nationality (excluding those who have been granted permanent resident or special permanent resident status in Japan).
  2. Those who have passed Level N2 or higher on the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) offered by the Japan Foundation and Japan Educational Exchanges and Services or who have scored 220 points or higher on the reading comprehension, listening comprehension, and reading and listening comprehension sections and 25 points or higher on the writing section of the Japanese subject of the Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students (EJU)* offered by the Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO).
    *The eligible Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students (EJU) tests are the second (held in November) of the 2025 academic year and the first (held in June) of the 2026 academic year.
  3. Those who are highly motivated to enter Aichi Shukutoku University and consider it their first choice.

  2. Those who have undergone our individual admission qualifications screening and have been recognized as having academic competence equivalent to a high school graduate or better, and are expected to reach an equivalent level by March 31, 2027. (Those who will have reached the age of 18 by March 31, 2027.)
