Faculty advisors, university staff, and education centers collaborate to help students study independently and develop in ways that suit their individual goals. The university strengthens specialized education as the foundation of student life, while also maintaining a learning environment that allows students to pursue their chosen paths with autonomy.
Faculty Advisors
Support from faculty advisors extends across academics, student life, and career planning.
Advisors meet individually with each student, offering guidance on university life as a whole and listening to concerns or questions about future direction.
Office Hours
Advisors hold regular office hours in their faculty offices and labs, providing an opportunity for students to drop in and seek advice.
Department/Major-specific Career Design Course
These courses invite professionals and alumni actively working in various fields to teach and share their experiences.
AS Career Design File
A toolkit where students can record their goals and activities, reflecting on their growth and clarifying their future plans.

Aichi Shukutoku University Clinic
Provides access to ophthalmology, otolaryngology, psychosomatic and psychiatric care, internal medicine, and diabetes treatment. Students receive financial assistance for medical fees through the university’s support association.

AS Nursery Room
An on-campus childcare facility open to the children of faculty, staff, undergraduate and graduate students, as well as local families. It supports students with children by helping create an environment where both study and parenting are possible.

Harassment Prevention Committee
Enforces the university’s Guidelines for the Prevention of Harassment, and carries out awareness-raising, training programs, environmental improvements, and resolution procedures.

Web-Based Support

CampusSquare: An online portal that allows students to access a wide range of university-related information.
Students can check class cancellations, classroom changes, and personal messages from their smartphone or home computer.
Disaster Preparedness

Disaster Preparedness Week
Aichi Shukutoku University designates approximately one week each year as Disaster Preparedness Week. During this period, the entire university participates in a variety of drills and safety activities, including:
- University-wide evacuation drills
- Tests of the safety confirmation system
- First aid and emergency response training
