You will acquire specialist skills and mindset of social welfare, which will be useful in various areas of society with an aim to acquire professional qualifications as a social welfare counselor or a psychiatric social worker to meet the needs of today..

Speech Hearing Science Course

To speak – This is such an ordinary thing for us to do, however, very complex and varied functions are required to express thoughts through words and to understand spoken words. The fact that the cause of language disability extends to developmental problems in children, hearing impairment, psychological problems, illness and aging shows the complexity of the mechanism of speech. You will extensively study the profound world of speech from the perspectives of science and welfare with an aim to become an expert who will support the communication of people with speech and hearing disabilities.

Visual Science Course

To obtain information from the external environment, humans depend greatly on vision. Seeing is an indispensable and valuable function in life. The fact that we can see things three-dimensionally, differentiate colors, focus our vision on faraway sceneries or on things nearby means that our complex mechanism of vision, which involves such functions as senses, perception and cognition, is working. We will approach such a profound world of visual functions from diverse areas such as clinical medicine, physiology and psychology. We cultivate sight specialists who support people with visual function disabilities.
