3.Arrangements for Airline Ticket

In principle, international students are responsible for your own airline ticket arrangement.
After obtaining a visa, please make your airline ticket arrangements, and inform us as soon as you have completed the airline ticket arrangements.
For students who fall under Table case 2. and case 3. in the preceding paragraph, we will arrange accommodation with a travel agency. Depending on hotel congestion and other factors, it may be necessary to cancel and repurchase the arranged airline tickets. Therefore, we recommend that you purchase a ticket that can be canceled.
If you make the arrangement without following the university's instructions, you will be responsible for all the costs (e.g. flight change or cancellation charge) associated with the purchase.
